We practise breathing and relaxation techniques combined with the gentle movement of yoga postures. The classes are gentle and designed for relaxation, de stressing and gentle stretching. It is not a strong physical workout and is very suitable for beginners or those who do not want a strong class. Improves your flexibility, sense of calm and energy levels.

 

John Grimes:- Passionate about the benefits of yoga, John believes that life should not be too serious and tries to incorporate some fun and laughter in everything he does. He has always been interested in the therapeutic aspects of yoga and how it helps maintain health and aid recovery, having direct experience of this himself. John teaches in a gentle style that promotes harmony of mind, body and spirit and is suitable for all ages and abilities.  John has been a qualified teacher with the Yoga for Health and Education Trust since 2003 and is a qualified yoga therapist with the Yoga Biomedical Trust and Yogacampus.
